Fees

Professional fees are charged per session. A session typically lasts one hour but may last as long as two hours. Fees are the same whether counseling is received in person in our offices or over the internet via video-conferencing.

The fee for pastoral counseling by Stephen Guthrie is $50 per session. Services at reduced cost are available on a case-by-case basis. If you are unable to pay the standard fee please discuss the matter with Stephen Guthrie during your first counseling session. Please note that unless the fee is adjusted in advance by Stephen Guthrie the charge for the first session is $50.

The fee for Ann Hazelwood is $75 per session and a session routinely lasts one hour. In certain instances a fee of $50 may be available. Please discuss fees with Ann Hazelwood during your first session. The fee for the first session is $75.

Healing prayer is offered at no charge, but contributions are appreciated.

Fees for services to organizations, such as for conflict mediation, are negotiated on a case-by-case basis.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept payment by cash,check, or Paypal and payment is expected when services are provided. We ask, please, that if you are unable to pay the fee you discuss the matter with the counselor before the session.

CANCELLATIONS

It is important that you keep scheduled appointments, and, when circumstances require cancelation, you notify us promptly. Please do not simply fail to show up or call at the last second. As a courtesy we ask you not to waste our time or deprive some other client of the ability to get in to see us. We do not presently charge a fee for missed appointments, but in cases of repeated missed sessions we may require you to prepay a non-refundable regular professional fee at the time you schedule your appointment.
